Hi everyone! I am so excited to roll out my Healthy For The Holidays 10-Day Challenge! I am all about getting in movement during the day, and this challenge is perfect for anyone who wants to squeeze in a little bit of extra activity, to help ward off the holiday pounds! 

This 10-Day Challenge has moves to help tone up your arms, back, waist, legs and booty. Each day, you tackle a new move, and do 10-12 reps three times. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes each day, and you can easily add this to your existing workout to help get toned and trim for the holidays. And if you want to really give yourself a healthy goal to end the year, do this challenge throughout December for even more benefits for your body!
