This 10-Day Challenge has 10 simple moves to help tone up your arms, back, waist, legs and booty. Each day, you tackle a new exercise, and do 10-12 reps three times. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes each day, and you can easily add this to your existing workout to help get toned and trim for the holidays.
