After every workout, I focus on a few key habits to help my body recover and stay energized:
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
Replenishing fluids is so important! I always start with a big glass of water after a workout to help rehydrate and support muscle function.
Cool down + stretch
Taking a few minutes to slow your heart rate and stretch helps prevent stiffness, improve flexibility, and reduce soreness.
Foam roll or massage sore muscles
This helps increase circulation and ease tension so your muscles can recover more efficiently.

Prioritize rest + sleep
