Fit Over 50: Anti-Inflammation Workout Insight!
1) Set out your workout clothes the night before. Waking up and seeing that goal in front of you is a real motivator!
2) Schedule weekly walks or workouts with friends. Accountability and companionship go hand-in-hand to make moving fun! You can also go on bike rides, play pickleball, do water aerobics, or choose a workout from my transformative Vitality For Life Program - whatever you both enjoy. The more (calories burned!) the merrier!
3) Support your healthy habits with little rewards. A mani/pedi, fresh flowers or a new book do the trick for me.
