Hi everyone! One of the most popular parts of my Vitality For Life: Menopause Strong Program have been the Stackables: Quick, 5- and 10-minutes workouts to add to the longer Vitality routines. They complement the main workouts by adding additional focus on body parts that the main workout may not be targeting, so you get a full body workout 6 days a week!
