With the holidays coming up, it can be difficult to find balance between cooking, hosting, gift buying, attending parties and all the other fun things this time of year brings! But the best way to truly enjoy yourself - and help to stay healthy - is to get in some exercise every day. Consistent exercise will help to bolster your immune system so you can attend those parties and have fun, will help you stave off weight gain so you can indulge in delicious holiday treats, and will give you the energy and stamina to get through it all with a smile on your face!

These fitness tips will work whether you are at home or traveling this holiday season - and if you want to take it a step further and get access to all my workout videos, healthy recipes and motivation from me, join for only $65 for the whole year with my Pre Black Friday Sale! Use promo code EARLY30 and you'll get access to 10-, 20- and 30-minute workouts, many of which you can do anywhere, anytime - some with no equipment! I even have standing workouts that you can do in the privacy of your hotel or guest room with limited space, so you can stick with your healthy workout plan no matter where you are.
