Sesame Tofu and Broccoli (VEG)-GF

Pressed, baked tofu is tossed broccoli, fresh grated ginger, sweet honey, soy sauce and toasted cashews.


1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
2 tsp. canola oil (or peanut or grapeseed oil)
1 recipe Baked Tofu
4 Tbsp. Sesame Ginger Dressing
6 Tbsp. chopped cashews


1. Steam the broccoli in a saucepan with 1/2-inch boiling water for about 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
2. In a large saute pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the prepared Baked Tofu, cooked broccoli, and Sesame Ginger Dressing to the saute pan and mix well. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Divide the broccoli-tofu mixture evenly between 2 plates. Top each portion with 3 Tbsp. chopped cashews.
