Fresh turkey slices, hummus and veggies are rolled together in a healthy wrap then served with a side of warm, veggie-packed soup.


1 gluten free wrap (100 calories or less)
1/4 cup White Bean Hummus (or any storebought hummus)
3 oz. sliced gluten free turkey breast
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
2 cups Super Vegetable Soup (or any low-sodium storebought vegetable soup)


1. Spoon the hummus down the center of the wrap. Top with the turkey and bell pepper strips. Roll the wrap and slice in half.
2. Heat the soup and serve on the side.
