Ingredients

2 cups Vegetarian Chili
2 Tbsp. shredded reduced-fat cheese
2 Tbsp. cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 scallion, thinly sliced (or chopped cilantro or chives)
1 serving gluten free crackers (no more than 150 calories)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (or 1/2 cup grapes or melon or 1 kiwi or clementine)

Instructions

1. Heat the chili. Top with the cheese, Greek yogurt, and scallions.
2. Serve with the crackers and pineapple on the side.
