Hi everyone! I hope you all have had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!! I've been enjoying some much needed time with my family, and I hope you have done the same! I've certainly had a few more indulgent meals in the last few days, and if you have too - that's okay!! Part of living a healthy balanced lifestyle is indulging at times, and then going back to your normal healthy routine. I like to call it the 80/20 rule. Eat healthy and nutritious food 80% of the time and treat yourself 20%. It's also important to keep moving!! I really do try to get some sort of movement in every single day. Sometimes it's 45-minute walk and sometimes it's a quick 10-minute workout!
