Workouts
Hi everyone! It's no secret that exercising has a bevy of benefits, but did you know it can also help you "stay young"? It's true... read on for specific workouts that address some common signs of aging! Whether you want to improve your attention span, reduce stiffness or boost your mood, there's a workout for that!

Want to improve your muscle tone and posture? Try some strength training! Stronger muscles are a good goal to aim for as we get older, since they help to promote good posture, can stave off illness, and gives us a sense of resilience and strength! Try my Strength and Resistance Training Workouts and build lovely, lean, beautiful muscle!! (Bonus: Muscle helps to burn more calories, too!)

-Looking for a natural glow? Get moving! My Morning Wakeup Workouts are a great way to start the day with movement - and frequent movement has been linked to more supple, elastic skin in people over age 40! In addition to sunscreen, move every day and your skin will show the world your dedication to your health and wellness!

-Feeling stiff? Try some yoga, Pilates or other stretching moves! Stretching helps to keep your muscles loose and promotes flexibility and balance - two things that can diminish with age. Try my Fit & Lite Workouts that combine cardio with Pilates and yoga, for a low-impact amazing workout!

-Feeling forgetful? Jump on the treadmill or take a walk! Researchers have found that brain fog can be addressed with fitness. Regular aerobic exercise is a great way to address this, so make regular walks, hikes or bike rides part of your feel-young goals!

-Need a mood booster? Do some cardio! That "runner's high" people talk about is produced by endorphins... and can be achieved with any type of cardio, provided you work up a sweat! My Mother-Daughter Dance Workout is a fun way to work out and boost those endorphins - try it this holiday season with family!

And don't forget that simply adding regular workouts to your life can help you sleep better, have a faster metabolism to discourage weight gain, lower your stress levels, improve your heart health and circulation...and SO MUCH MORE! So if one of your resolutions for next year is to stay as healthy as you can, make sure exercise is part of your daily routine.
