Summer Slimmer Challenge: Mojito

Today's delicious Summer Slimmer Drink is a Mocktail Mojito! I love mojitos - so refreshing and light, perfect for a hot summer day. And the fact that these are alcohol free means you can enjoy them during the day and not get buzzy! Here's what you need:

15 mint leaves

1 teaspoon raw sugar

1 ounce fresh lime juice

Ice

About 4 ounces of sparkling water.

Then all you do is muddle the mint, sugar, and lime juice in a glass, add the ice, and then top with the sparkling water! It's a healthy take on a mojito!!

Hi everybody. I'm here to share with you one of my favorite summer drinks. It's a nonalcoholic Mojito. I love Mojitos! Okay. All you'll need is a bunch of mint leaves. My favorite, a little bit of lime juice, some raw sugar, some club soda or sparkling water, whatever you have, and some ice. And then we garnish it up with a little extra lime. But to start, you want to put your mint leaves in a glass and muddle them a little bit, pushing down a little bit. Oh, it smells so good. I love the smell of fresh mint. Okay. And then a little bit of your lime juice, fresh squeezed lime juice, and a little bit of the raw sugar and muddle it up a little. There you go. Oh, it smells so good. Okay. And then you add your club soda and pour it over ice. Oh, so good. My favorite drink. So little minty. Ooh, great. Mmm. And there you have a nonalcoholic Mojito!
