I like to boil several eggs at the beginning of each week to keep in my fridge for a quick and easy breakfast or snack! Add a piece of toast with avocado and you have a balanced meal including protein, healthy fat and fiber with the avocado, and a little bit of carbs.
- Greek Yogurt - another staple in my household! Greek yogurt is loaded with protein, good-for-you probiotics and some healthy fat too. This is what I choose if I want a lighter breakfast before my morning walk. I love to sprinkle some chia seeds, flax seeds, any fruit I have on hand and a little drizzle of honey - yum!
