Since we are at the halfway point in the program, I think it’s a good time to talk about rewards! Throughout the last 5 weeks, and going forward, I want you to take time out to reward yourself for all the good choices you are making. Treat yourself to something you really enjoy, something to remind yourself that you are special. And let’s make it not food related. It’s important to make ourselves feel good outside of food, even healthy food.   Your weekly mindset exercise: Do something wonderful for yourself. You’ve been working out almost everyday for over a month. You’ve been eating wonderful, nutritious foods and you’ve been doing a lot of work up here (points to head). You deserve to feel confident, healthy and energetic. Reward yourself! You are on your way!
