I want to talk about goals today. I define a goal as a commitment. You make an oath with yourself to accomplish something when you set a goal. Goals are necessary because they keep us motivated and moving forward. Goals also include risk. Your weekly mindset exercise: Write down at least three goals you want to achieve at the end of 10 weeks. It could be many more! I want you to look at them the first thing every morning. They can be post-its on your nightstand or on your bathroom mirror or even in a few places – just make sure you will see them every day. If you see it, you’ll do it!
