Fresh apple slices and peanut butter are combined with cinnamon and rolled into a fresh whole grain wrap, then served with a side of cucumber and tomato slices.

Ingredients

2 whole-grain wraps (100 calories or less; use gluten-free wraps if following a gluten-free diet)
4 Tbsp. natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
2 apples, sliced
Ground cinnamon
2 cups cucumber slices
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup White Bean Hummus (or storebought hummus)

Instructions

1. Spread 2 Tbsp. peanut butter down the center of each wrap. Divide the apple slices evenly between the 2 wraps. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon. Roll and seal the wrap.
3. Serve each wrap with 1 cup cucumber slices and 1/2 cup tomatoes plus 1/4 cup White Bean Hummus.
