What is the new LifeFit Membership?

LifeFit is a monthly lifestyle membership made up of a supportive community of women from all walks of life. As a part of LifeFit, you’ll get workouts, plans, and recipes, but you’ll also get exclusive content to help you live a healthier and happier life. There is an active community, workout and recipe library, and continued recipe and workout plans to help you with your healthy life. Remember now the 10 Week Plan is part of the LifeFit membership. We will be adding many more plans each month.

Are there plans for new LifeFit exclusive content?

The beauty of a membership like LifeFit is that we can release new content on a regular basis, exclusive to LifeFit members. Exclusive LifeFit content comes in the form of new fitness and lifestyle plans, video content with workouts and advice from industry experts, educational articles to support your goals, and more.

How much does the LifeFit Membership cost?

The LifeFit Membership is $19.99 per month for full access to all of Denise Austin’s workouts, recipes, plans, and exclusive content.

Can I still access my 10-Week Plan?

Yes, you can. Your 10-Week Plan is still there for you to use, it is now included in the LifeFit monthly membership.  Just log in as usual.

I’m currently doing the 10-Week Plan. What are my options once it ends?

We recommend you complement your 10-Week Plan with the LifeFit Membership. Remember now the 10 Week Plan is included in your LifeFit membership.  The 10-Week Plan is a great way to get started, but what’s really important is creating a lifestyle that is long-lasting and sustainable, so that even after you see the results that you’re seeking, you can continue living in the healthy way that got you those results. The 10 Week Plan is now part of the LifeFit monthly membership.

How much weight will I lose during the LifeFit Membership?

There are many variables such as age, gender, height, starting weight, level of fitness, and the intensity of your workouts that will determine how much weight you can lose during your LifeFit membership. While losing weight is certainly a goal for many women, LifeFit focuses on much more than that. LifeFit can help you accomplish any of your goals, including losing weight, but its focus is on a long-term plan to help you live a healthy, happy lifestyle.

Can I still log in to my All Access Membership?

All Access members have been automatically upgraded to the LifeFit Membership. Log in just like you used to for All Access and you’ll be taken to your new LifeFit dashboard. If it’s your first time logging in to LifeFit, make sure you head to the Fitter Together Community to get started.

Will there be more plans like the 10-Week Plan within the LifeFit membership?

Yes! In fact, we are currently working on new plans to give you more options. We will have specific nutrition plans, seasonal and topical plans, and much more. We’ll announce our next plan as soon as we have all of the details worked out. Stay tuned!

Account & Billing

When will I be charged for my LifeFit Membership?

Your credit card will be charged on the date of sign-up, and that will be your first day of membership. Your monthly fee will continue to be charged roughly on the same date (approximately every 30 days) each month.

Can I see my billing history?

Yes! You can see your full billing history if you go to your Account page and click on Past Orders. This will allow you to see all payments you have made.

Can I change my payment information?

You can change your payment information by going to your Account page and clicking on Edit next to your billing information. You will be able to update your address and credit card info. Make any changes you would like and click “Update.”

Can I pay with a Canadian or other non-United States based credit card?

This depends on your credit card and the issuing bank. You can try but we can not guarantee processing. Feel free to email us at support@deniseaustin.com

Is your payment platform secure?

Yes, our site has been secured through the use of a SSL Certificate provided by DigiCert.

How can I reset my password?

How do I change my username?

Can I pay over the phone or by mail?

You can only pay online using the secure sign-up process.

What happens if I accidentally paid twice?

Please send an email to mailto:support@deniseaustin.com and once verified we will refund the full duplicate amount, with no processing fee. We will notify you via email once processed.

Can I transfer my account?

Sorry, transfers are not possible at this time.

Can I pause my account?

Yes, you are able to pause your account. If you would like proceed, please email mailto:support@deniseaustin.com.

What methods of payment can I use for the program?

We accept most major credit cards. No cash, checks or any other forms of payment are accepted.

How do I cancel?

To cancel your membership, go to your Account page. In the Membership Information section you will see the option to cancel your membership. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. There are no cancellation fees.

Workouts

Are all of the workouts online?

The LifeFit Membership is designed so that you can access workouts through any of your preferred online devices—for example, your desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet, mobile device, Apple TV, smart TV, and other Internet connected devices. On your desktop or laptop computer, Smart TV, mobile, or tablet, simply use the website with the videos in full-screen mode. If you have an Apple TV, simply connect any of your Apple devices (laptop, desktop, iPad or iPhone) to your Apple TV while you are on the Denise Austin website and use AirPlay to see the site on your TV. Food

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The membership has special meal plans for vegetarians and diabetics, as well as plenty of vegan, gluten-free, and low-sodium meal options.

Motivation

How will I stay motivated during the membership?

Along with motivational content from Denise and other industry experts, your LifeFit community will provide you with all of the motivation you need. The Fitter Together Community is your place for any conversation you’d like to start or join with women who have similar goals.
