I’m a current All Access or 10-Week Plan member and I can’t sign up for LifeFit – How can I sign up?

If you are a current member of either program, you cannot sign up for LifeFit because you already have an account with us. On January 31st when LifeFit launches, all current All Access members will automatically have access to the new LifeFit membership at your existing membership rate. For 10-Week Plan members, you will have the opportunity to sign up for LifeFit at the end of your 10 weeks.

I’m currently an All Access Member will there be any changes to my membership?

Nothing will change with your current membership and you will be able to enjoy all the new features that the LifeFit Membership has to offer once it launches on January 31st.

The site looks different – Can I still log in to my All Access Membership?

Yes! As part of our bigger transition to LifeFit, the website is undergoing some changes. Don’t worry, though—you will be able to log in to your All Access Membership as usual, with the same access you’ve always had, and nothing will change current membership. We’ll send you everything you need to know when LifeFit launches on January 31st.

Can I still access my 10 Week Plan?

Yes, you can. Your 10 Week Plan is still there for you to use, and you still have access to all of the same content that you did before. Just log in as usual.

What is the new LifeFit Membership?

LifeFit is a monthly lifestyle membership made up of a supportive community of women from all walks of life. As a part of LifeFit, you’ll get workouts, plans, and recipes, but you’ll also get exclusive content to help you live a healthier and happier life.

What is the difference between the 10-Week or Monthly All Access Plans and the new LifeFit Membership?

The new LifeFit Membership gives you all of the great content that you currently enjoy in both the 10-Week Plan and the All Access Membership. However, with the LifeFit Membership, you will also get additional content about fitness, nutrition, wellness, and a variety of lifestyle topics that we as women go through. This content will come in many forms and will help you create a balanced, healthy lifestyle so that you can reach any of your goals while staying healthy and strong for anything life brings your way.

How much does the LifeFit Membership cost?

For anyone who signs up for LifeFit before January 31st, the cost is $14.99 per month. For everyone else (signups after January 31st), the cost will be $19.99 per month. That means signing up during the pre-sale saves you 5 dollars per month, every single month of your membership.

I’m currently doing the 10 Week Plan – What are my options once it ends?

After the 10 Week Plan ends, you can sign up for LifeFit. The 10 Week Plan is a great way to get started, but what's really important is creating a lifestyle that is long-lasting and sustainable, so that even after you see the results that you're seeking, you can continue living in the healthy way that got you those results.

How much weight will I lose during the LifeFit Membership?

There are many variables such as age, gender, height, starting weight, level of fitness, and the intensity of your workouts that will determine how much weight you can lose during your LifeFit membership. While losing weight is certainly a goal for many women, LifeFit focuses on much more than that. LifeFit can help you accomplish any of your goals, including losing weight, but its focus is on a long-term plan to help you live a healthy, happy lifestyle.

Account & Billing

Can I see my billing history?

Yes! You can see your full billing history if you go to your Account Preferences page and click on “View Account History.” This will allow you to see all membership levels and payments you have made.

Can I change my payment information?

You can change your billing info by going to your Account Preferences and clicking on “Update Billing Info.” You will be able to update your address and credit card info. Make any changes you would like and click “Update.”

How are payments for the LifeFit Membership made?

If you sign up for pre-sale, your credit card will be charged for your first month of membership (February) upon purchase. Your credit card will not be charged again until March, and then at the beginning of every month thereafter.

Can I pay with a Canadian or other non-United States based credit card?

This depends on your credit card and the issuing bank. You can try but we can not guarantee processing. Feel free to email us at support@deniseaustin.com.

Is your payment platform secure?

You can only pay online using the secure sign-up process.

What happens if I accidently paid twice?

Please send an email to support@deniseaustin.com and once verified we will refund the full duplicate amount, with no processing fee. We will notify you via email once processed.

Can I transfer my account?

Yes, you are able to pause your account. If you would like proceed, please email support@deniseaustin.com.

What methods of payment can I use for the program?

We accept most major credit cards. No cash, checks or any other forms of payment are accepted.

How do I cancel?

On the website in the Account Preferences page, go to the menu next to your username at the top of the site and click the "EDIT" button. This will take you to your Account Preferences page. In the "Account Preferences" section you will see "Your Plan" and under the membership level you can change or cancel your membership. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. There are no cancellation fees.

Workouts

Are all of the workouts online?

The LifeFit Membership is designed so that you can access workouts through any of your preferred online devices—for example, your desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet, mobile device, AppleTV and smart TV, and other Internet connected devices.

On your desktop or laptop computer, Smart TV, mobile or tablet, simply use the website with the videos in full-screen mode.

If you have an AppleTV, simply connect any of your Apple devices (laptop, desktop, iPad or iPhone) to your AppleTV while you are on the Denise Austin website and use AirPlay to see the site on your TV. Here is more information on how AirPlay works for iPhones and iPads and for desktops and laptops.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The membership has special meal plans for vegetarians and diabetics, as well as plenty of vegan, gluten-free and low-sodium meal options.

How will I stay motivated during the membership?

Along with motivational content from Denise and other industry experts, your LifeFit community will provide you with all of the motivation you need. The LifeFit Forum is your place for any conversation you’d like to start or join with women who have similar goals.
