When will I be charged for my LifeFit360 Membership?

Your credit card will be charged on the last day of your free trial. You can cancel at any time during your free trial in the My Account section under Subscriptions. You can also email customer care at [email protected] with additional questions or to request cancellation.

What is the LifeFit360 Membership?

LifeFit360 is a membership made up of a supportive community of women and men from all walks of life. As a part of LifeFit360, you’ll not only get workouts, plans, and recipes, but you’ll also get exclusive content, including the 10-Week Whole Body Plan, to help you live a healthier and happier life.

Are there plans for new LifeFit360 exclusive content?

We release new content exclusive to LifeFit360 members on a regular basis. Exclusive LifeFit360 content comes in the form of new fitness and lifestyle plans and challenges, video content with workouts, educational articles to support your goals, and more!

How much does the LifeFit 360 Membership cost?

The LifeFit360 Membership is regularly $15.95 per month for access to Denise Austin’s workouts, recipes, and exclusive content including the LifeFit360 10-Week Whole Body Plan. The LifeFit360 Membership plus 6-DVD workout set is $65.95, which includes a one time charge of $50 for the DVD set and $15.95 per month for membership access. Can I still access my 10-Week Whole Body Plan after I have completed it?

Yes you can. Your 10-Week Plan is there for you to use and is included in the LifeFit360 monthly membership. You have access to all 10 weeks and the workouts contained within those weeks. You can click on any particular week and redo those workouts. Simply click on the blue "WEEK" tab, then click on the blue "DAY" tab and choose your preferred day of the week.

How much weight will I lose during the LifeFit360 Membership?

There are many variables such as age, gender, height, starting weight, level of fitness, and the intensity of your workouts that will determine how much weight you can lose during your LifeFit360 membership. While losing weight is certainly a goal for many people, LifeFit360 focuses on much more than that. LifeFit360 can help you accomplish any of your goals, including losing weight, but its focus is on a long-term plan to help you live a healthy, happy lifestyle.

Can I still log in to my All Access Membership?

All Access members have been automatically upgraded to the LifeFit360 Membership. Log in just like you used to and you’ll be taken to your new LifeFit360 dashboard.

Account & Billing

Can I see my billing history?

You can see your billing history if you go to your My Account page and click on Orders. This will allow you to see the payments you have made. If you have placed an order as a guest on our "Shop" page, you will not see your order history. If you do not see your order history please contact us at [email protected] so that we can help you.

Can I change my payment information?

If you have a LifeFit 360 subscription on www.deniseaustin.com, you can change your payment information by going to your My Account page and then click on Payment methods.

Can I pay with a Canadian or other non-United States based credit card?

This depends on your credit card and the issuing bank. We cannot guarantee processing.

How do I change my username?

You cannot change your username for security reasons. If you forget your password please click on the Lost Your Password link on the login page or email us at [email protected]

Can I pay over the phone or by mail?

You can only pay online using the secure sign-up process.

What happens if I accidentally paid twice?

Please send an email to [email protected] Once verified, we will refund the full duplicate amount. We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.

Can I transfer my account?

Sorry, transfers are not possible at this time.

What methods of payment can I use for the program?

We accept most major credit cards. No cash, checks, or any other forms of payment are accepted.

How do I cancel?

To cancel your membership go to your My Account page. In the Subscriptions section you will see the option to View your active subscription and cancel your membership. If you do not see this option please email us at [email protected] If you have an annual or 6 month membership and you cancel within 90 days, please email us at [email protected] and we will refund you for the remainder of your membership. Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer have access to your membership, workouts, or challenges.

Workouts

Are all of the workouts online?

The LifeFit 360 Membership is designed so that you can access workouts through any of your preferred online devices—for example, your desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet, mobile device, Apple TV, smart TV, and other Internet-connected devices. On your desktop or laptop computer, Smart TV, mobile, or tablet, simply use the website with the videos in full-screen mode. If you have an Apple TV, simply connect any of your Apple devices (laptop, desktop, iPad or iPhone) to your Apple TV while you are on the Denise Austin website and use AirPlay to see the site on your TV. Food

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The membership has special meal plans for vegetarians and diabetics, as well as plenty of vegan, gluten-free, and low-sodium meal options. After you log into your account, simply click on Recipes located in the top menu bar.

Motivation

How will I stay motivated during the membership?

Along with motivational content from Denise, your LifeFit360 community will provide you with all of the motivation you need. The Denise Austin Community Forum is your place for any conversation you’d like to start or join with women who have similar goals.

Further Help

What size is the exercise ball that is included in the kit?

The exercise ball that is used in the Shape, Strengthen, and Sculpt kit is 55 centimeters in diameter. It should fit anyone from 5’1” to 5’8 tall. If your ball is too large, you can underinflate it until you can sit with your feet on the floor and your knees are bent at approximately 90 degrees. I am on your new shop page, do I need to login or create a new shop account?

On our new shop page Shop.DeniseAustin.com, you can place your order as a guest for faster checkout! You do not have to login or create a new account, but you can create a new shop account using the same credentials that you use for your DeniseAustin.com membership.

Can I return my exercise ball and resistance bands?

Exercise balls and resistance bands purchased on DeniseAustin.com are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the initial order date. We do not refund for the 200-page Shape, Strengthen and Sculpt E-book that we send you at the time of purchase but we review refund requests and consider exceptions. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned orders but the customer is responsible for return shipping. If a package is refused and there is postage due on the package, this amount will be deducted from your refund. If you have additional questions or concerns please email us at [email protected]

Can I return my DVD?

DVDs purchased on DeniseAustin.com can be returned if unopened within 30 days of your initial order date to: Denise Austin Returns 5141 N. 40th st Ste 300 Phoenix AZ 85018. We do not pay for return shipping and at this time do not accept already opened DVDs.
