Avocado Toast with Sliced Tomato and Feta
1 slice of multigrain bread
ó large ripe avocado
1 oz feta cheese
2 slices tomato
Toast one slice of multigrain bread. Mash avocado with feta and spread on toast. Add tomato slices, salt and pepper to taste.
