Staying fit as a family is so important, not only for our physical health, but as a way to bond and spend time with those we love. In this video, I cover some of our family workouts and the we stayed fit together when my girls were younger, and how we continue to to this day!

Denise! Any tips on family workouts?
Yes! I have lots of tips! Being fit is one of the best ways to stay active and have fun as a family. To stay fit as a family, we do lots of activities together. When the girls were little, We got them out going on walks, hikes, playing tennis, Swimming, anything to keep them active. Bike riding is so much fun to do together, too. We are still doing that as a family, as the girls got older. The key is to enjoy being together, and when you’re out there in the beautiful outdoors, you feel good, it’s a great way to bond, to be together. And eating together as a family is so important, too. So get fit together because all of you will feel so much better – and you look good too!
