With the arms to the side, and do little squeezes up. And up, and lift. And up, and lift. That’s it, starfish. Beautiful outside thigh toner, arms are shaping, working the whole body. Your core muscles are strong, you’re lean, You are strong, that’s it you’re good. Fit because you’re worth it, that’s it. Got one more, now hold it up there, hold it up there, can you hold it up there. Extend the body, beautiful, now switch legs. Switch arms, and now with the leg out to the side. Thinking about good posture, ready and lift, and lower. Lift, and lower. That’s it, great, really working the whole body. Together, shaping and toning. It’s where the lever is, the focus, the weight is way out there. Everything is lengthened, strengthened, and toned. We got one more here, last one, and lifted up.
Beautiful. Now come back on to your back, and slowly roll down one vertebrae at a time. And inhale, and exhale all the way down. That’s it and slowly we’re going to lift one leg up, and up! And go back down. Let’s switch legs, one leg up, and let’s come back down. Beautiful! Full body extensions up, that’s it. Keep going, you can do it, it’s worth it, you’ll get flat abs. Great, working the abdominal, the core. Beautiful, a couple more just like that, you got it, you can do it, last one and come all the way down. And now slowly bring your knees to your chest, elevate your feet and elevate your hands, and let’s do it together, crunch and down. A crunch and down let’s do it together. That’s it pull both ends together, in and out…
