Hi Everyone! Today is a new week, which means it’s a GREAT time to get a FRESH START on a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE! You got this. You can take control right now. It’s all about having the right mindset. This is why I’m creating this new series called #MondayAtATime to help motivate you each week to get started and keep it going with all of your health goals! Each week I will provide one tip for you all to focus on. Are you ready for week 1? Yes! Ok!
TIP #1: Pick a time of day that you’re going to exercise and stick with it. This way it becomes part of your schedule and makes you feel more committed. It’s like an oath to yourself that you won’t want to break. Without some planning, your day can easily get ahead of you, and we don’t want that to happen. Plan accordingly to what you have going on. If you know you have something going on at your regular workout time, then put it in writing that you changed your workout to a later or earlier time. This helps with accountability. Do all of this, it will truly help you commit!
