Lose Weight:

Hi everyone! It’s the time of year that people are making healthy resolutions and the one that I hear the most is people wanting to lose weight. No surprise here, especially after the holidays, when lots of us (me included!) indulged in delicious holiday foods. It’s also not a big surprise because a third of of the adults in the United States are estimated to be obese (meaning weighing more than 20 percent of what is ideal for their height).
